On the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of festival week there are always super satellites running at 2pm each afternoon. These are often self deal but do give an excellent opportunity to enter the main event for little cost.
Late entries are allowed during the first 3 levels of play, and you can register up until 15 mins before the start of a tournament.
